Issue #113: Update deployment to use Ansible and continuously deploy to production #124

Now deploys everything to the new eddings and is wired up in the Jenkinsfile to continuously deploy the master branch.

Haven't tested the new Jenksinfile yet, so that probably doesn't work. Will fix any problems in subsequent commits.

33 builds later, it's working!
