Add desktop browser menu #12

The current menu is mouse hover only javascript.

This makes the site more difficult to crawl.
- a short term solution might be to just have a site map at the bottom of the page
some users (me included) find mouse hover only annoying for desktop browsing
- on desktop browsers this breaks workflow with vim-like navigation plugins

Reopened. I was half asleep when I read the question. ...
Example: surfkeys chrome won't cause the menu to show submenú ítems.

One way around this, which I'll probably end up doing is to add a "clicked" state to the dropdowns so they stay open until that state is changed or there is another click on a toplevel submenu or mouseover thereof
