Fix deprecated code and other updates:

resolve build issues 6bb8f3942582166e1e78281a350f9964f55bb3c5 -flutter_vibrate: outdated and causing compatibility issues, replaced with vibration. -barcode_finder and qr_code_scanner: caused dependency resolution failures, resolved by switching to mobile_scanner
