change peer_dependencies

can you please be removing karma from the peer dependencies property. Every time a new karma version get's published this grunt task stops working...

I'm afraid no, as grunt-karma depends on certain features on the relevant version of karma to work properly. There is now

• grunt-karma@0.8 - karma@0.12
• grunt-karma@0.7 - karma@0.11
• grunt-karma@0.6 - karma@0.10

which should hopefully be enough.
