Added two files to allow your Karma project to be opened and executed in Visual Studio 2015. :)

No bower.json, please...

bower.json file is required to have the VS2015 Task Runner run the gulp task. Without it, the tasks wont show up.

Sorry, I really don't feel like promoting bower in any way. The sooner it goes away the better for the entire JS community....
