WIP Remove grunt. #133

If anyone wants to help remove grunt please make PRs against this branch.

Basically the build task is left. The bump and release ones can be replaced with npm version and just git push.

At least in other karma projects the grunt script also updates the list of contributors and posts the release notes.

There must be another vanilla way to do it, I just had this hanging and thought I'd push it in case someone else wants to help.
