feat: update err-check cond, add method for create unstructured resou… #85

What this PR does / why we need it:

add api for create unstructured object
opt error check for delete unstructured object, notfound error for delete scenario is expected, not really an error.
corresponding api invoke in the ui Which issue(s) this PR fixes: Fixes #
