I don't have much experience with grafana, I don't know what the chart is. Can you explain it in more detail? Or share some documents?

1 year ago I believe that it is saying a grafana dashboard for karmada, just like a kubernetes apiserver grafana dashboard from kube-prometheus.
It should know what have metrics of karmada before work for it and suggesstion create a simple grafana dashboard for the begin.
