through conferences related to WickiCFP we will get the conferences linked to the IEEE publisher, and through these conferences we will monitor the site http://ieeexploreapi.ieee.org/api/v1/search/articles?publication_title=ICSE-SEET&format=json&apikey=xsgdpynaaxuxtwummncmbbxs

with the parameter publication_title = where we will set the name of the conferences in order to obtain the metadata of each conference
