[QUESTION] Configuration key to filter Seeders to be executed

REALLY GOOD PACKAGE !!!

What do you think to include the ability to only run seeders inside a given folder or matching some regexp pattern?

If you may ask why I am saying this is because you can have seeders for

• \Database\Seeders\Production\*
• \Database\Seeders\{Test, Development}\*

And in this case for real lower/upper environments I can make run my migrations and then my seeders for "production" as an example.
