add Authmanager interface #85

this implements all needed stuff for hhtppostloginhandler to save and load cookies for authentication. There is also a libsecret based implementation of this interface, which should work with gnome-keyring and ksecretservice.

some stuff is still needed:

[ ] removeToken method
[ ] autoremove expired tokens from keychain
[ ] add authmanager implementation for Windows
