docs: update README with Gatsby instructions #49

Instructions didn't specify how to integrate with Gatsby, a popular option that's paired with Netlify CMS, which has it's own caveats that even the Netlify CMS docs don't cover.

Nice! Thanks @whoisryosuke for the PL. One minor thing - could you rename the commit message to follow the conventional commits?

Update README with Gatsby instructions -> docs: update README with Gatsby instructions

That way this commit wouldn't trigger version bump and wouldn't end up in the changelog.

Yeah, I meant that you need to rename the commit (merge request name is fine) 😅
