Calendars subscription system #18

System that will allow user to subscribe to specific "calendards", user or tags. So every new event posted by specific subscribed calendar, user or tag - there will be notification send to the user to his mailbox or something.

Or create new sections for user to receive notifications and also to subscribe users, tags and calendars

żeby umożliwić użytkownikowi opcję powiadomień - będzie chyba wymagane dodanie setu użytkownicy do hashmapy z tagami

trzeba też pamiętać że raczej nie chcemy żeby użytkownik dostał dwa powiadomienie z dwóch obserwowanych tagów na jeden event
