Added a command to lock the Pc
Removed the spaces in the URLs for TurnScreenOff & ForceShutdown
Upgraded the vs project files to the new style (still targetting net472)
Updated readme with the new commands

Hi,

There are some merge conflicts. Can you resolve those first?

I merged some security NuGet package updates.

Fixed the conflicts. The CI seems unhappy but it just can't find some DLLs
