I've gone through a number of calorie tracking attempts and strategies back in this phase http://karpathy.github.io/2020/06/11/biohacking-lite/
This one is up there in how it works for me compared to those, possibly because it feels more instant and gamified.
You might be right of course. I'm currently at -3000, will report back when it's in more significant negative territory that it would be measurable.

The main demo is for food tracking via gpt4-vision, defo not scalable how it currently is implemented tho lol

It's theoretically pure and I like the simplicity (diet is a minefield of psychology, biology and sociology)... I guess I was just being snarky, because any attempt to 'improve' on this can't help but wade into that minefield...
