Blank grey screen after installation #22

Hi, after installation and entering link code all I can see is a blank grey screen - no icons or menu. Any way to debug that? My device is Roku 3 (Austin, 4200X)

What is your device? Is it RokuTV? Look at PRs, someone else was trying to address that. It works, but not yet checked in.

What kind of resolution do you have? I initially wrote/tested on my device which is HD. There are FHD and SD which I haven’t tested with.

It's FHD. It's weird - it doesn't look like something is hidden - no scroll bars or actually anything but background. I'll give it a try to debug when I have time.

  1. Go to "https://my.roku.com/account"
  2. Login to your Roku account
  3. At the bottom of the page, under the "My linked devices" find your device, and click on the edit icon (circle with pen).
  4. Rename the device to anything without spaces or other special characters (i.e. Roku).
  5. Restart your Roku device.
  6. Remove the Application by clicking on the Delete button on the "Development Application Installer" page where you installed this Github channel/app.
  7. Install the channel/app again
  8. Should work.
