Electromag-Pulse Disruptor from "Special Modifications" #41

This weapon is a melee weapon that does not do damage based on adding to Brawn. It does a flat 5 points of damage. We need a way to indicate this.

Yet another way that FFG is trying to screw with you/us. ;)

Same goes for the Welding Rod, on page 47 of that same book. Sigh....
