ups Invalid Authentication Information. #268

Describe the bug

I set up in local enviroment a UPS with my credentials. When I create in localhost:3000 the label, I get ups Invalid Authentication Information.

Why is that ?

What do I need to select on UPS in admin ?

Also, do i need to create an app in admin ?

The interface I have does not match the

I tired this too:

  1. I setup the UPS as client and chose that and not the system.
  2. The account I have is only for international shipping with UPS
  3. when i chose sending from my EU country to another eu country i get "Looks like you have an international shipment. You may need to provide a customs declaration unless you are shipping documents only."
  4. I chose opt out of customs but there is no save button -- i can just close the popup

so I cannot test

  1. even if i chose something like DDP I still cannot test becasue ""not_found": No active carrier connection found to process the request"

  1. i did a tracking test and it worked ... i removed the testing mode and it shows correctly the statuses -- this means that my credentials should work and i did ok the setup isnt it ?

@vvp3, If tracking worked, it seems that your credentials are correct.

I am missing the complete picture of your setup.
