I decided if possible, I will have to walk for at least one hour every night. It will do a lot of good to me.
I can walk along the riverbank or just in the block I lived.
I just bought a nice smartphone for my mom. Somehow reducing her stress will also help me with reducing mine. She needs it to get a better outdoor life style.
For the past three days, I walk for at least 40 mins everynight. It really help relieve my stress and lower-back pain. I put on the bluetooth earphone with a nice spotify music channel, usually Jazz or some half electro beats. I think I got better even after a long day of work, this exercise do help me focused and positive about challenges.
I will keep on walking and see if I can lose some weight.
I overwork too much. After the ATM 5.6.5 manual of my job is done. I need some vocation and a better life style, and work on my thesis by finding an advisor first.
