Installation Issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the installer package
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see SIMBL in /library/InputManagers and Library/ApplicationSupport. 
Nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SIMBL 0.8.2 OS X 10.5.8

Please provide any additional information below.
I have restarted my machine and the the Finder as well.

I am having the same issues as well. I am on 10.6.1 and have tried all of the 
same that they have. How do we fix 
it?

This bug reporter is really only for SIMBL-0.9.x.

SIMBL-0.8.x is over 5 years old at this point and is extremely stable. Unless 
an error was reported by the installer 
due to some specific issue with your machine, I think it's safe to assume the 
installer works as expected.

Hi, what is very strange to me is that the install process runs as expected 
with a success message when the 
installation finishes. When I however search for SIMBL on my machine in 
library/.... there is no indication that it 
was installed.

There is also no InputManagers folder -- could this be the problem? If so must 
I create the folder?

I have the same issue as Comment 3. No SIMBL folder is created in 
Library/Application Support. Installation was 
successful. I am running OSX 10.6.2
