Question about "sponsorship" #6

Hi developers,

I wonder if the "sponsorship" only refers to the companies that filed petitions or include the H1B transfer? For example, if A company shows a red badge, that means they haven't filed for a couple of years. How about have they accepted any H1B transfer?

Hello, even for a transfer they have to file a h1b, transfer is nothing but new h1b but without the lottery cap.

Thank you for your response! Just want to make sure if I see a red tag means they didn’t do any transfer as well right?
