Patch for /pysimplesoap/simplexml.py #60

When we have xsi:type="SOAPENC:Array" REVERSE_TYPE_MAP don't resolve the python 
type in unmarshall function.
Try bug with this simple service, http://peopleask.ooz.ie/soap.wsdl , when 
process response from server.

could apply the patch directly)

Hi! For commit access is OK, thk. But the patch need more change , because when 
we check the Array type the parser need to work diffrently on <items> tag. Now 
i work for a good solution, when it's ready i commit!
