No GPS lock when paired to OBD reader #115

OSC android version 2.2.0.

Android 7.1.1.

OSC claims to connect to this OBD reader (https://bafxpro.com/products/obdreader). But, when connected to this reader, it never signals a GPS lock. I.e., the GPS icon remains red (while the MPH icon that appears after connecting is green). Consequently, it never records any images when connected to the OBD reader.

Instructing OSC to disconnect from the reader results in it indicating a GPS lock and recording of images.

Any idea what is going wrong?

As it turns out the ODB reader itself had issues. It has now been returned as defective. Closing this issue as I no longer have this reader.
