I've had this issue a couple of times - when there are multiple recorded tracks to upload at one point (>3), the upload stops after uploading one and just hangs there showing ridiculously low upload speed (my connection is still fine and working as usual). Tapping pause doesn't do anything. Have to stop the whole thing and start again.
And it looks like the upload stalls after finishing one of the tracks. I have to stop the upload, force close the app and then when I open it up again, there's one less track in the list and it starts upload again, and stalls again after some time (presumably, having finished the new 1st track on the list).
I think they all do end up uploaded in the end, but it's a bit of annoyance - I had to stop the process after the uploading had stalled after every track and then start uploading again manually.
I think that is because it goes into "processing" mode on the server? Instead of just continuing uploading next tracks it stalls when the first one goes into processing.
I use Xiaomi Mi A1 on Android 8.10. I only upload when I'm back home on WiFi, not on cellular.
