After ~30 sec Android says that OSC isn't responding.

This could be the problem: E memtrack: Couldn't load memtrack module

a problem with loading {some} hardware module. This could be something to do with GPU support, sdcard handling, basically anything." Try switching from Lineage to regular android and report back results. Custom ROM's seem to be producing errors.
