Green channel offset in images?

I just uploaded my first track using my Google Pixel 3XL and I noticed that the images have two issues:

• The green channel seems to be vertically offset from the other two RGB channels.
• The orientation of the images doesn't seem to change with the direction of travel.

Are these known problems with this particular phone or is there something else wrong?
