The last few tracks that I have uploaded have been assigned 1 point per image and the details claim that there are already multiple tracks along that road. However I know this is not the case. In one case there was no existing coverage.
I suspect this is because of my efforts to get around the server failures in #157. I put the script into a loop so that when server failures would happen, it would just restart the upload. However I overshot the number of server failures so after the upload finished successfully, my loop still restarted the upload script another 6 or 7 times. It looks like each time I uploaded the finished-uploading signal at the end of the track, it added another "existing coverage" to that stretch of road and decreased my points per picture.
