Show OSM Editing and Validation count in User and Nearby track views #185

This is a much lower hanging fruit than #184 as the functionality to pull and display meta data is already largely there. In profile view it isn't clear what tracks have 'action required' in terms of they have a 'OSM Editing' or 'Validation' that needs to happen; it just displays image count, trip duration, and trip date:

It should also include the 'OSM Editing' and 'Validation' counts, preferably in some colored text like red to make the fact that there's action required pop.

Similarly, 'Nearby tracks' is missing this action required meta data from being displayed as well:

image For similar reasons of making it easy to find tracks that require action this too should display 'OSM Editing' and 'Validation counts
