upload error - Failed to create the sequence #214

got the following when running upload_exif.py my script went on to the next subdirectory and it's uploading just fine.

python3.6 /Users/rwelty/Projects/openstreetcam/upload-scripts-master/upload_photos_by_exif/upload_exif.py -p Time Lapse 1/ -t 1 Fail code:Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0) Fail to create the sequence

what should i do to rectify the situation?

ok, looks like restarting worked; the error did not recur.
