merge two accounts into one #266

Hello, when I first started contributing to OSC I was using a Facebook login, and a while back I switched to an OSM login, and I have been trying to get both accounts combined into one for some time (back when Telenav was running the show). Please advise how to get them combined together.

My old account is https://openstreetcam.org/user/nick-glenn My current account is https://openstreetcam.org/user/thatoneiowan
