EXIF is not preserved since 2020/6/24 #271

Previously, the full size image has EXIF preserved, like in this example uploaded in 2020/6/24: https://storage13.openstreetcam.org/files/photo/2020/6/23/proc/2446638_0_758e1_1.jpg

But images starting from 2020/6/24 don't have EXIF anymore: https://storage13.openstreetcam.org/files/photo/2020/6/24/proc/2706882_0d54fd0b68d8f231b2582e2abaeda842.jpg

Notice the link format has changed too, which I guess means that there were apparently some changes on the server side.

@chip-grab Is it a bug, or now it's the way it works? The Exif metadata contains a lot of information and it would be a huge loss if it's not being saved.
