Let's take this beautifully underexposed track from my waylens for example: https://openstreetcam.org/details/2755830/

On desktop it claims there is no OBD: Screen Shot 2020-07-14 at 2 50 01 PM

On mobile though it shows the correct OBD status:

Having this problem too. Same reason I had another issue #161 in https://github.com/openstreetcam/android/issues/161 Will be reopening that one too.
