App large size #80

I'm an owner of an "old" smartphone, for which memory space is an issue. Is it possible to put on diet OSV?

90 Megabyte (plus other 20 starting cache) looks rather large for a geotagged time lapse application: am I missing something?

Well a lot of that bulk is from drivers to talk to for example bluetooth low energy dongles, the ffmpeg to accomplish encoding photos into mp4 to save space while recording, a library to simplify network calls, a library to help with viewing images and handling zooming and other gestures and then the app itself which is java which produces pretty big executables itself
