Fixed video upload error #62

Videos from OSC Android app weren't loading via this script due to various errors:

error uploading gz metadata (fixed by extracting gzip archive)
error reading server response code (int-string data mismatch)
absence of error messages about wrong folders specified for script

Additionally device name was hidden and used "Python" instead of original Additionally added section about launching scripts on Windows.
