need openhab install instructions #8

the instructions need to add that you have to:

cd eclipseiot-demobox/external
unzip openhab-2.0.0.alpha2-demo.zip -d openhab
kartben commented 8 years ago

setup.sh should take care of this. Is this not the case? See https://github.com/kartben/eclipseiot-demobox/blob/master/setup.sh#L9
