Show a warning in the footer with yellow background: "This entry was not updated for more than one year. If nobody updates it, it will be archived after Y (=5) years. Help to keep this map up to date if you know this entry in real." (DE: "Dieser Eintrag wurde seid über einem Jahr nicht mehr aktualisiert und wird nach Y (=5) Jahren archiviert werden, wenn er nicht mehr aktuell ist. Hilf mit, die Karte aktuell zu halten:"
Show the entry-Pin as a grey dot, independetly if it has a positive rating (same grey, as while editing, but dot instead of Pin)
Then show the following 3 links: edit, approve, archive

Problem
We have many old entries, but nobody checks that or updates them. As there is no visual effect, there is also no motivation to check their acutality
