Make selected Pin more prominent

User Story: When I share the link of a specific entry to somebody (i.e. https://www.kartevonmorgen.org/m/main/e/e8dbf6d028954d6eaa76ad394377c196?c=51.0284%2C9.8520&z=9.00), the reciever can not distinguish, which Pin was actually send. As a reciever of a link I need to selected Pin specially highlighted on the map to be sure about which it is.

Problme

No visual difference between selected and not selected pins

Solution

• [x] Blur out all not selected pins

  • This is acutally already working when selecting an entry in the search result list
  • And it was working like this on the old frontend: https://v0.kartevonmorgen.org/#/?entry=e8dbf6d028954d6eaa76ad394377c196&center=50.864,10.646&zoom=9.00&dropdowns=kvm
  • But fade out unselected pins is not enough due to the high number of entries in some places

• [x] show the hover-titel on the pin when the entry is selected

  • Show the nametag of the selected entry on the map, just as I would be hovering that entry

I am courious about scrum poker on this issue. Depending on that, we can split both improvements in two issues...

• All unselected pins have the same density/darkness as the selected.
• No tooltip visibel

Fading out surrounding pins and showing tooltips is working
