Contact Person in Events wrong field

Problem

In the edit-form for events, there are in the "contact" section two times "Contact Person" But only the bottom one is connected to the databasis. The first one seems to be just fake.

Solution

• [x] move the lower field up to the top
• [x] delet the inactive filed
