Syncthing is not really working for Alex.

We swop to Nextcloud, because all projects are in the nextcloud anyway

[x] Build a Cronjob that takes regularly all files from https://cloud.wechange.de/index.php/f/8687108 to the https://www.kartevonmorgen.org/public/projects/ folder
[x] Syncronisation should work at least once a day. (what if I want to test things? Do I have to wait for one day allways? Can it sync more frequently?)

The Karte is now syncing every 10 Minutes.
