Type-Chooser: Deactivate two other if you click one

Problem

Some users think that if they click on "Unternehmen" they will see (only) companies. But in fact, they are deactivating the specific category.

Solution

1. If all are actived: If you click on one of the three categories, you are deactivating the two others.
2. If 2 or less are activated, clicking on a category will toggle it.
