Changes in email-texts

in each email-template (new-entry-email, changed-entry-email, bbox-subscription-email) there are three changes:

• "Karte von morgen" instead of "Karte von Morgen" in email subject
• "Karte von morgen" instead of "Karte von Morgen" in the first line of the email. In the bbox-subscription-email, start with: "Herzlich Willkommen!\n\nWir freuen uns, dass du bei der Karte von morgen mit dabei bist!"
• "Liebe Grüße,\ndas Team von morgen" in the end

The e-mail text templates need to be removed from the code and stored as a configuration, either locally or at the e-mail service provider.
