Adding French Dispatch and changing license to Apache 2.0 #43

Updating with a new set of colors for the new movie. Also changing to the Apache 2.0 license, if you don't mind.

Hey Karthik, I love the package. I wanted to update with the new movie colors as well as update the license. This would let some folks who may be gun shy about non open source software use it.

If that's not something you want, I totally understand. Thank you!
