Figure out the start and end date of the monthly cycle and pull the data only from there, rather than just the current month.

Need to investigate where the date for the billing cycle is available. Maybe it's the same as the subscription date available here?

Commit 8b1dc386d7d197224a45febf33f11719beb6b503 adds plan details, next step is to access history in the correct range using this date.
