Rollup/Minimize toggle button is not obvious

You can minimise/rollup groups of contact, including the "All contacts" 
group. However, the button to do this is invisible - you have to work out 
where it is based on the buttons for the other groups

Not actually an issue. We perhaps need to make the ui more obvious though so 
changed to 
an enhancement request.

Currently the arrow down button is a menu button to show group operations. 
Since 
that operations are not available in All Contacts, this arrow is not shown. The 
way to 
toggle visibility in groups is clicking in the name of the group.

This can be improved in two ways:
1) Redesign a new menu-button icon that doesn't resemble a toggle visibility 
icon
2) Think in a more-obvious way to expand or collapse groups

I think while we don't decide how to do it, this issue should be outside 
iteration 10.
