Messages should have timestamps #283

It would be good if a timestamp could be displayed against a message. Perhaps
this could be tourned on/off in the hablar configuration if it's not desirable
behaviour for everyone.

What is the timestamp format preferred? Do you want in in all the messages
(a-la-skype style) or sometimes between messages (gmail-style)?

It would be good if the timestamp format could be configurable. Even better if
it's localised to the user's locale. Is that possible?

As for where it appears, I personally like the skype style where the time is
displayed against the message and a day is inserted into the message flow if
the conversations spans more than one day.

Currently implemented in trunk: localised to the user's locale.
