If the initial roster load takes more then 1 minute, the client disconnects. #331

This happens if the user has loads of friends (hundreds) - particularly 
noticable on IE6 which is a bit slow.

The intial roster update is done in one large lump which seems to cause the 
bosh connection to be broken if it takes longer than one minute.
