Setting gptel-crowdsourced-prompts-file inside non-existing directory yields error #202

When I

(setq gptel-crowdsourced-prompts-file "/tmp/testing/1.csv")

and trigger fetching the file, I get 

mm-save-part-to-file: Opening output file: No such file or directory, /tmp/testing/1.csv
