Calendar not showing: Updated Yii2 and kartik-kv datecontrol plugin: Datecontrol with type Datetime works fine. Datecontrol with type Date does not show the calendar when clicked. Datepicker drop-down shows. Found the style property of datepicker-days is empty. If changed to display:block in the Inspect window, then the calendar shows and all works fine.
