Export Data Page have issue: Missting headers #124

The Dynagrid save lots of my times, thanks for your good widget firstly.

I encounter one issue that when user click export data page (HTML, or CSV or XLS), it can download current page data, however, the header row is missing.

The full export function is ok.

Could you help to take a look for why single page header missing when export? Any tip to resolve it?Thanks.

Btw, in my development enviroment, the current page export will include header row, just missing in production enviroment. I have xcopy all vendor folder latest file from development machine to production machine already. But issue still happen, Quite strange.
