Personalize Grid Configuration Columns Drag and Drop Fails in Mobile Browsers

• [x] The issue still exists against the latest master branch of yii2-dynagrid.
• [x] This is not an usage question. I confirm having gone through and read the documentation and demos.

• [x] I have attempted to find the simplest possible steps to reproduce the issue.
• [ ] I have included a failing test as a pull request (Optional).

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Open any personalize grid configuration page in a mobile browser or pc browser as a mobile view
2. Try to drag and drop any column between visible and hidden columns, or just reorder columns

Expected behavior and actual behavior

When I follow those steps, I see that nothing happens, like drag and drop doesn't work

I was expecting that I could re-order or change my visible columns
